We understand that sometimes it is necessary to re-schedule appointments, therefore, please give us at least 12 hours notice prior to canceling and we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
Groups and Spa Packages require a 48 hour notice of cancellation. We ask that all appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. Your card is not billed unless your vacated appointment goes unfilled. We do our best to fill these openings-just like you, we'd much prefer to have another guest take your place than charge for a cancellation.
All appointments cancelled with less notice will be responsible for just $36 per hour of services reserved (or portion thereof) regardless of the reason for canceling. Missed appointments will be charged in full for all services booked. We simply charge the same low cancellation fee whether it's a spontaneous weekend away or the flu bug.
This FlexFee policy is designed to provide partial compensation for our top-notch therapists, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. This policy helps us retain great employees. We appreciate your understanding. 

The Inhalation Room utilizes essential oils to calm your mind and body. Resting in our Inhalation Room is a wonderful way to begin your day at the spa. It is available as a complimentary service to our clients receiving treatments lasting an hour or more. Those clients visiting us for a shorter time may use the facilities for an additional charge of $15.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to prepare for your spa services. Your punctuality will be appreciated by our team and by our clients.

Please help us maintain the serenity of the spa by muting cell phones and beepers. We also ask that guests please maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to our other guests.

We recommend that you leave all valuable items at home when taking spa services. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged personal articles.

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

A plush, cozy robe and spa slippers are provided whenever guests visit for more than one service, or by request with any appointment. Lockers are also available at any time by request. Please "come as you are" to La Thérapie - we will provide any spa wear required for your treatments and relaxation.

We provide a full refreshment service for all our guests, whether you are visiting us for an hour or the day. This includes a selection of organic teas, juices and snacks. When making your appointments, let us know if you'd like to relax in the lounge and enjoy a spa lunch for an additional $15.
